The chef and his staff have committed to the AllerTrain Verification Program at all three of his restaurants. A MenuTran audit has shown that the chef’s eateries are compliant with the guidelines.

Chef Isabella joins a growing contingent of restaurants, cafeterias and other eateries around the nation which are becoming educated and certified to serve those with food allergies. We have previously reported on college campus cafeterias and other eateries that have done the same.
Significantly, however, Chef Isabella is a well-known celebrity chef and author who is now promoting allergy-safe food service.
