This is so easy:
2 eggs
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup margarine, softened
1/2 Cup flour
3 to 4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt

In small bowl, mix everything together. Beat 4 minutes, starting at low speed, then high. Put in greased 8 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Toothpick should be almost clean when finished.

I think the above recipe would probably work with egg replacer. It is great and so easy. I usually bake it more like 23 or 24 minutes. I like it really moist. It is great with Cool Whip on top if you don`t have to avoid dairy.
