Hi. I am new to this board and hope someone can help me. My son is entering kindergarten in the fall and is allergic to peanuts. Matthew has never eaten PB, but has reacted to being touched by someone who has eaten it, or touching something that they have first touched. His preschool was peanut free and I am nervous about him entering a school that is not. They have a peanut free table in the cafeteria. His good friend is also PA and we are hoping they will be placed in the same class. Friends have told me to initiate a 504 plan. I have been researching and know the basis of it, but am not sure what I need to do to get one started. I also would appreciate a copy of someone's to get an idea of what I should include. Thank you for any help/info that you can spare.
