Baked Beans

I bought a bag of white Navy Beans, planning on making baked beans. Usually the recipe is written on the bag - but none had it written. I know I kept it last time - but I can't find it. Anyone have it?

The recipe as I remember it includes: 1/2 bag beans (so 450 gm), rings of onion, molasses, brown sugar, water, pork (I usually used pork hocks although I don't think that's what was actually asked for). I think there might have been ketchup as well.

If anyone has a recipe that sounds similar to this - please share.
