Are there any safe sprinkles for baking like for cupcakes or sugar cookies?

I have called Signature Brands in the past year and their cake sprinkles are safe, not the ice cream ones which are in different containers. They make Betty Crocker and I think Cake Mate brands as well. becca

We've used both Signature Brands and the Betty Crocker sugar sprinkles. Have stuck with standard colors, but they do make seasonal and holiday varieties.
They also make coloring gel you can add to white icing to make colors. We use them, but have produced only light colors (not the deep ones you find at bakeries).
BTW, Signature Brands cake sprinkles are also gluten free.
