I am trying to bake cookies without soy, milk or egg. I make some oatmeal ones with canola oil today but they were not very good. any suggestions for oils or are there any magarines without dairy and soy oils?

I have been using Spectrum Palm Oil shortening, you can find it in Wegman's natural section or a health food store. I mailed the company and they said it was free of PN/TN but was shared line with a soy oil shortening that is cleaned. We have so far not had a problem.
