I did do a search, but did not find any info. Does anyone here use carob?

Is it peanut/nut free?

Does it taste good?

Where can I buy it? (I'm guessing health food store - but not sure.)

DS is having a problem with chocolate, so I'm looking for an alternative to use - if you know of anything else, I'm open to suggestions.

We have used Carob in the past but it wasn't safe as we found out. I would check at a Health Food store and read the label and then call the manufacture if you find one with out a warning. Please post if you do find one. I know I would be interested. I did look at our health food store but everything here had a warning on it.
