Chocolate-Covered Pretzels Please

Does anyone have a recipe for dairy-free chocolate-dipped pretzels not using commercial chocolate chips? The only forms of chocolate we trust are cocoa powder and Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate squares. TIA.
