I was tinkering around with sunbutter and chocolate chips, and came up with this tonight. It's the only way my PA son will eat sunbutter.

Chocolate Sunbutter Spread (mock Nutella)

1/2 cup Sunbutter Creamy or Sunbutter Natural (or a smooth soynut butter)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips.

Put the sunbutter and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate chips melt in. Add the remaining chocolate chips in 1/4 increments and stir until melted.

While it's still warm, it would make a great dessert fondue. Otherwise, refrigerate.
