Just thought -- since we at PA.com seem to have TONS of great cooks who make so much from scratch -- that maybe a few of us could enter this contest??!!

Read the contest info thoroughly -- they're looking for bonafide original recipes for from-scratch foods that can then be incorporated into another recipe of Emeril's devising. (Confused? See their info at link!)
Anyway, how cool would it be to get some recipes into his show that work in substitutions for peanuts &/or nuts and therefore possibly more awareness for PA or other food allergies??!!
