Granola Bars
1 cup SunButter (I think soybutter would work too)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup margarine (softened)
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup wheat germ (optional)
Mix. Spread/Press into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees. Cool. Chill before cutting.
