I was looking through a magazine and saw a great idea for a quick and easy way to decorate a cake.

After icing the cake, cut fruit-roll-ups and put it on. They had a picture done in circles, but I'd guess any shape of cookie cutters would work. And you can even drape some over the side so the sides are decorated too. Looked great with a variety of flavours (colours) of fruit roll-ups.

I also saw an idea in a magazine to make a square cake and wrap the fruit roll-ups around it like a bow! What a tasty present!
