Almost all of us on these message boards have children that have severe peanut allergies. Schools, government, friends, etc. don't always understand the importance of this allergy. Peanuts are just as deadly to my son as rat poison is to him or anyone else's child for that matter. Our government nor or educational system would allow rat poison into our schools as casually as they do peanuts. Why should we take this sitting down?
