hiya!

This may be old news to some parents who used to eat PB, but since I never have, I've been experimenting with ideas.

Quick Afternoon Snack

Break low-fat honey grahams into small rectangles following perforations.

Melt about 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave til "just melted" - the chips hold their shape, but you can stir with a knife to make them all smooth. It's something like 30 seconds on 1/2 power. Or to be even slightly healthier, melt up some dark chocolate.

Spread 1/2 TB or so soybutter onto each graham rectangle evenly. Dop on a small spoonful of melted chocolate and spread evenly.

Place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes to let chocolate harden back up.

Voila! For me anyway, I eat about 2 b/c the soybutter is filling. I get my sweet treat in the afternoon.

Adrienne :-)
