10 oz. Diced Onionsbr /
1 oz. Chopped Fresh Garlicbr /
1/2 oz. Chopped Fresh Italian Parsleybr /
3 oz. Sherry Cooking Wine/p

2 Tbls. Saltbr /
2 tsp. Oreganobr /
1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepperbr /
