Grown & Harvested in the Midwest
To make SunButter®, you have to start with the finest seeds available. We source our seeds locally in the US from North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. Why the American Midwest? Because peanuts aren’t grown here , eliminating the risk of cross contamination!
Processed in a Nut Free Facility!
After harvest, our sunflower crop is brought to Fargo, North Dakota where our kernel are hulled and roasted to give it that magical flavor. The entire process, from receiving sunflower kernel to packaging our delicious SunButter®, all occurs under one roof. Our facilities are dedicated to only processing sunflower seeds, meaning that every step is free from peanuts, tree nuts, and other top 8 food allergens.
Made With Simple Ingredients
Our SunButter® varieties range from simply roasted sunflower kernel ground into our spread to varying levels of tastes & textures. Depending on the variety, we never use more than 4 simple ingredients: sunflower kernel, cane sugar, salt, and non-GMO emulsifier (just to get that deliciously creamy consistency!).
